Our partner is one of the leading technology and consulting companies in Bulgaria. They are looking for a French-speaking Claims specialist to join their outsourced administrative roles.
- Serving as the first point of contact for claims registration;
- Determines policy status and coverage;
- Gathering and storing claims data according to internal compliance regulations;
- Analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills ;
- Communicating with customers and other parties to ensure timely information is provided to all of them.
