They are looking for a Technical support consultant with Polish or French to join their team as it is expanding.The person will have the opportunity to build a good professional relationship with the clients and improve their experience as users.

 
Main Responsibilities:

• The main focus of the role is providing technical guidance and assistance in problem solving  to customers (via email or chat);
• Resolving and investigating various cases and escalating them to the responsible departments;

• Have excellent verbal and written  Polish (C1/C2 Level);
• Very good English level (B2/C1 Level);
