KYC agent with Romanian

Main responsibilities:

• Collecting and reviewing application documentation, ensuring compliance with industry regulations;
• Understanding client's needs and demonstrating a strong client service orientation;
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools;
• Focus on process improvement identification and development.

Job requirements:

• Have excellent verbal and written Romanian (C1 Level);
• Good verbal and written English (B2 level);
• Excellent communication skills;
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters;
• Previous experience as KYC will be considered as an advantage.
