HOTEL RECEPTIONIST WANTED IN BANSKO
We are looking for a friendly, responsible and reliable receptionist to join our hotel team in Bansko.
We offer:
850 EUR net salary per month

6 working days per week
Stable seasonal employment
Main responsibilities:
Welcoming and assisting hotel guests
Check-ins and check-outs
Handling reservations and payments
Answering phone calls and guest messages
Assisting guests with questions and requests
Coordinating with housekeeping, maintenance and other hotel departments
Handling basic guest issues and ensuring a positive experience
Requirements:
Good spoken English
Friendly and professional attitude
Good communication skills
Responsible and organized
Comfortable working with computers
Previous hotel or reception experience is an advantage but not essential
