Head of Affiliates & Introducing Brokers (IB)

On behalf of our client, we are currently looking for an experienced and driven Head of Affiliates & Introducing Brokers (IB) to lead the growth and development of global performance partnership channels.
About the Role:
In this role, you will take full ownership of the affiliate and IB ecosystem — from strategy and partner acquisition to commercial structuring and performance optimization. This is a hands-on leadership position with direct impact on revenue growth, unit economics, and international expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a global strategy for Affiliate and IB program growth
- Identify, attract, onboard, and manage high-value partners (IBs, affiliates, influencers) across international markets
- Design and optimize commercial models (CPA, CPL, RevShare) aligned with business goals
- Manage budgets, sales forecasting, and CAC/LTV performance
- Build, lead, and scale an international team of Affiliate & IB Managers
- Monitor and analyze channel performance (FTD, ROI, LTV, ARPU) and implement improvements
- Establish fraud detection and risk management processes to ensure traffic quality
- Develop and implement CRM/tools for partner lifecycle management
- Represent the company at international expos and events (iFX Expo, SiGMA, Affiliate World)
- Collaborate with Legal & Compliance on contracts, KYC, and payout policies
- Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to achieve KPIs
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Forex, CFD, Fintech, or related industries
- Proven success in scaling Affiliate and/or IB programs
- Experience working across global markets (LatAm, Asia, Europe, MENA)
- Strong knowledge of CPA / RevShare models and partner ecosystems
- Experience with analytics tools (BI platforms, tracking systems)
- Budget management experience ($1M+)
- Understanding of trader lifecycle and retention drivers
- Experience managing international teams
- English level: B2+
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Willingness to travel frequently for business meetings and events
- Strong leadership and organizational skills in multicultural environments
Nice to Have:
- Spanish language proficiency
- Knowledge of regional traffic sources and influencer ecosystems
- Understanding of regulatory and compliance frameworks across jurisdictions
- Experience attending major industry events (iFX Expo, SiGMA, Affiliate World)
