AI Scientist

Grove Global Consult is a consulting and recruitment agency providing strategic consulting and talent acquisition services to companies worldwide.

We are currently looking for an AI Scientist to join the founding technical team of an innovative startup developing an AI-generated content platform.

This is a fully remote freelance opportunity with an immediate start, offering the chance to work on a cutting-edge AI product from its earliest stage.

Role Overview:

The AI Scientist will take ownership of the AI content generation pipeline, including model selection, prompt engineering, and fine-tuning processes. This role plays a key part in ensuring the production of consistent, high-quality AI-generated visual content.

You will work closely with the Product & Tech Lead and the Art Director to translate creative concepts into technically precise AI-generated outputs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and select AI models for image and video generation (e.g., Stable Diffusion, Midjourney, Runway, etc.)
• Design and optimize prompts to achieve consistent, photorealistic results
• Ensure visual consistency across generated assets for each AI persona
• Apply fine-tuning techniques such as LoRA, DreamBooth, and textual inversion
• Collaborate with the creative team to translate detailed creative briefs into AI-generated outputs
• Continuously optimize the AI generation pipeline for quality and efficiency

Requirements:

• Proven experience producing AI-generated visual content in production environments
• Hands-on expertise with image or video generation models
• Experience with fine-tuning techniques and model customization
• Strong visual judgment and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of technical decisions
• Availability to start immediately or within one week
• Comfort working with adult-content-related products

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with AI video generation tools
• Background in computer vision or generative models
• Experience maintaining consistent character identity across AI-generated outputs
• Familiarity with the creator economy or digital content platforms
