What You’ll Do:
- Provide professional customer support via chat and email;
- Respond to customer inquiries related to user accounts, services, and technical issues;
- Resolve customer cases in accordance with internal procedures and quality standards;
- Work with internal systems to manage and track customer requests;
- Collaborate with various internal teams whenever additional support is required;
- Maintain high service quality standards and achieve established KPIs.

- Excellent command of any of the following languages: French, Italian, Spanish, German, Polish along with English (minimum B2 level);
- Strong communication and customer-oriented skills;
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment while following established procedures;
- Willingness to work on shifts depending on the project.
