SPA & Wellness Manager

Our partner is one of Bulgaria’s most prestigious resort complexes – a place where high standards are not just a promise, but an everyday reality. It combines luxurious accommodation, a rich culinary offering and a modern SPA & Wellness Centre.

Today, we are looking for someone who will not simply manage the SPA & Wellness Centre, but will be the driving force behind its growth and development.

What will your role be?

⭕ You will inspire and lead a team of dedicated professionals;
⭕ You will organise and continuously improve the overall operations of the SPA & Wellness Centre;
⭕ You will combine exceptional guest care, attention to detail and a strong business mindset to drive the development and continuous improvement of the services.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who:

✔️ Has previous management experience in a spa, wellness or hotel environment;
✔️ Has experience with Opera – a strong advantage;
✔️ Is fluent in English and confident when interacting with guests from different countries.
