Destination Workplace is partnering with a leading international service company, operating in the dynamic and fast-evolving world of employee benefits and corporate wellbeing. As they continue to scale, were looking for a driven and relationship-focused Account Manager to join their team in Sofia and play a key role in delivering client excellence.
The Role: As an Account Manager, you will be the strategic link between the company and its clients driving satisfaction, engagement, and long-term value.
- Serve as the go-to advisor for a portfolio of B2B clients
- Lead onboarding, ensure smooth service delivery, and identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate across teams to ensure top-tier service and client retention
- Analyze account performance and proactively address needs
- Participate in contract renewals and support upsell efforts
The Candidate:
- 2+ years in account management or client success (B2B)
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong organizational and analytical thinking
- Experience in HR services, SaaS, or employee benefits is a strong plus
