Key Responsibilities:

• Communicating with customers via phone and email and providing professional support;
• Processing and tracking customer orders using specialized software;
• Assisting with inquiries, cases, and complaints;
• Providing accurate and timely information about products and services;
• Maintaining and updating the product catalog;
• Keeping a high level of knowledge about the company’s products and services.

• Excellent command of Croatian – both written and spoken;
• Strong communication skills and customer-oriented attitude;
• Ability to work effectively in a team;
• Very good computer literacy;
• Previous experience with specialized software is considered an advantage;
• Knowledge in the field of food supplements is considered an advantage.
