Sales Representative with German - Digital Gaming Sector

Main Responsibilities:

Managing and growing a VIP portfolio, including onboarding new high-potential players, monitoring gaming and deposit behavior, and identifying trends and opportunities;

Driving player engagement and retention through proactive, personalized communication across phone, email, SMS, and chat to maximize lifetime value;

Overseeing VIP performance and operations, including preparing activity reports, tracking key engagement and deposit metrics, handling escalations, and managing withdrawal requests;

Collaborating cross-functionally with CRM teams on tailored campaigns and promotions, while supporting the Team Leader / Operations Manager with operational tasks as needed.

Job requirements:

Excellent level of German and English (C1)

Strong interpersonal skills - must be able to negotiate and problem-solve;

Demonstrable good business acumen and strong sales approach;

Very good сomputer skills (knowledge of Microsoft Office tools).
