We are currently seeking an AI Videographer to join the founding team of our client - a fast-growing startup developing an AI-generated content platform.
🔎 Overview
Our client is an early-stage startup building a next-generation AI content platform within the creator economy. The platform mirrors a subscription-based content model, with one key distinction: all creators and all content are fully AI-generated.
The AI Videographer will own the end-to-end video production pipeline - from generating raw AI video assets to editing, polishing, and delivering final content for the platform and social media.
This is a hybrid role combining:
• AI video generation expertise
• Professional video editing skills
You will collaborate closely with the AI Scientist, Art Director, and Social Media Content Lead to ensure consistent, high-quality output across all channels.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
• AI Video Generation:
Own and optimize the AI video production pipeline using tools such as Runway, Kling, Pika, Sora, HaiLuo, Luma, and others.
• Consistency & Identity:
Ensure visual consistency (face, body, features) across all video outputs for each AI persona.
• Post-Production & Editing:
Transform raw AI-generated footage into polished, premium-quality content through editing, color grading, sound design, and formatting.
• Short-Form Content Creation:
Produce engaging content for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Threads, optimized for performance and algorithms.
• Long-Form Content Production:
Create premium, subscription-based video content for the platform.
• Creative Collaboration:
Work cross-functionally with creative and technical teams to align production with overall content strategy.
• Content Volume & Delivery:
Maintain a production pace aligned with high-output creator models.
• Quality Control:
Ensure all content meets high-quality standards and is free of visual or technical inconsistencies.
✅ Requirements
• Strong AI-first video production workflow - AI tools must be central to your process
• Proven experience producing and publishing AI-generated video content
• Advanced skills in video editing tools (DaVinci Resolve, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, etc.)
• Experience creating short-form content for social platforms
• Strong visual judgment and attention to detail
• Ability to maintain consistent character identity across multiple videos
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working with adult-oriented content
• Availability to start immediately or within a short timeframe
⭐ Preferred Qualifications
• Background in videography, cinematography, or video production
• Experience in the adult content industry
• Familiarity with platforms like OnlyFans, Fansly, or Patreon
• Experience with AI-assisted editing tools (auto-cut, captioning, upscaling, motion tracking, etc.)
• Experience building consistent AI-generated characters
• Skills in sound design or audio production
• Experience with tools like ComfyUI, AnimateDiff, or similar pipelines
