IT Engineer (Remote | Bulgaria)
We are partnering with an international technology company to recruit an IT Engineer who will join a team responsible for supporting remote connectivity and monitoring solutions across multiple customer environments.
This role is ideal for someone with solid IT fundamentals, a strong troubleshooting mindset, and an interest in working with networking and remote infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide remote technical support for customer systems and endpoints
- Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows-based environments
- Diagnose and resolve networking and connectivity issues (TCP/IP)
- Support IP CCTV systems, NVRs, and network-connected devices
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues
- Deploy configuration changes and support new customer installations
- Experience in an IT Support, System Administration, Infrastructure, or similar technical role
- Good knowledge of Windows administration
- Solid understanding of TCP/IP networking
- Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and network connectivity issues
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
- Experience with 4G/5G routers and cellular connectivity
- Knowledge of remote monitoring tools
- Experience supporting distributed or multi-site environments
- Familiarity with IP CCTV systems, NVRs, or network-connected devices
