For one of our clients – a global company - we are looking for - Multinational Customer Service Associate with Turkish, German, French, Hungarian, Slovenian, Polish.
Core Duties and Responsibilities:
* Provides telephone support in response to client requests;
* Assists clients in analyzing their requests in order to provide adequate service;
* Uses appropriate resources to provide referrals to clients according to their requests;
* Provides telephone and document translation services through applicable providers;
* Sends and receives faxes and e-mails, calls via telephone, and supports inbound/outbound SMS communications;
* Other duties may be assigned as needs arise.
Requirements for the role:
* Fluent in English and/or Turkish, German, French, Hungarian, Slovenian, Polish;
* Contact Center experience is preferred;
* Experience in customer service or dealing directly with customers;
* Excellent telephone communication skills and computer skills;
* Excellent verbal and written use of the language.
