The Role
As a Chef de Partie at Zuma, you will be part of a fast-paced, premium kitchen delivering exceptional Japanese cuisine to an international guest base.
You will:
- Prepare and present high-quality dishes to Zuma standards
- Maintain consistency, precision, and speed in a high-volume service
- Work closely with the Head Chef and wider kitchen team
- Ensure all food safety and hygiene standards are met
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative kitchen culture
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie in a high-quality restaurant
- Strong knife skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Team-focused mindset with a positive attitude
- Good level of English
