This role requires a mix of adaptability, attention to detail, and strong problem-solving skills. Because of the responsibility involved, the starting salary is 2100 BGN net, with regular increases every two months based on performance and added responsibilities.

ABC Sofia is the management hub for two established UK companies:
- Lindons.uk – retail of home appliances
- ABC Maintenance London – appliance repair and field services
From our base in Sofia, right opposite the Palace of Justice, we manage day-to-day operations in London. We’re growing quickly and are committed to setting the benchmark for customer service, quality, and reliability in the industry.
Position: Service Manager
We are seeking a proactive and motivated Service Manager to strengthen our Sofia-based team. This is an opportunity to develop new skills, grow professionally, and play a key role in the continued success of our UK operations.

Key Responsibilities
- As Service Manager, you’ll take on a variety of responsibilities, including:
- Handling customer inquiries and scheduling jobs
- Managing email correspondence with clients, including estimates and queries
- Ordering and tracking spare parts
- Building and maintaining relationships with corporate clients
- Supporting our engineering team with day-to-day tasks
- Coordinating bookings, routes, and logistics
