How much can you earn?Based on an average month of 21 working days (8 hours per day):
· €3,040–€3,870 gross monthly salary, depending on your experience and project.
· PLUS €126 per week for food (approximately €504 over four weeks).
· Additional payments may apply for travel distance and overtime.

Here’s what else you can expect· 100% paid accommodation with a private room.
· Permanent German employment contract directly with MT Industrietechnik.
· 25 days of paid annual leave in your first year, increasing to 30 days from your second year.
· Professional tools, equipment, and personal support.
What will you be doing?Working on electrical installation and industrial projects across Germany, including cable laying, connecting electrical equipment, wiring, and assembling control cabinets.
What do you need?· Completed vocational training in a relevant electrical field in an EU country.
· Basic German OR good English.
· Willingness to work on projects across Germany.
· A driver’s licence is an advantage, but not mandatory.
