Export Manager

PROCOMM CHEMICALS Ltd. is a leading Bulgarian company dealing with trade and distribution of raw chemical materials.

We are looking for to hire :

Export specialist

Responsibilities:
- Creating, improving and searching for new business opportunities for sales
- Manage interactions with current and existing customers via phone, email, web chat
- Provision of detailed and up-to-date information about the company's range of products and services
- Develop a customer base through cold calling and prospecting
- Preparation of offers and follow-up of submitted offers and proposals
- Determining customer needs and recommending appropriate products and solutions
- Highlighting product features based on analyzes of customer needs and technical knowledge of product capabilities and limitations
- Ensure all customer inquiries are handled in an efficient, timely and respectful manner by coordinating with sales and technical teams on any issues that may arise to ensure prompt and reliable customer service.
- Build and foster strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- Answer incoming customer calls and make outgoing follow-up calls as needed
- Checks and provides customers with different delivery options, according to their preferred delivery method
- Adhere to the payment terms agreed with the customers and report to the Commercial Director any delay in payment or other circumstances related to the processing of the order or export, if they occur.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service

Requirements:
- Successful previous work experience as a sales/export representative, sales/export assistant, sales/export coordinator or sales/export manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- Fluent or working level of English language proficiency.
- Proficiency in working with Microsoft Office applications (MS Word, Excel)
- Internet skills, e-mail software, PDF, etc.
- Knowledge of industrial or technical products is a plus, but not required
