Due to the expansion of our client's team, we are looking for a responsible and motivated professional to join them as:

QUALITY ENGINEER

Location: Plovdiv
Working hours: Regular working hours, Monday to Friday

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform operational and preliminary quality control of raw materials, materials, and manufactured products;
• Participate in maintaining the quality management system;
• Analyze customer complaints and prepare written proposals for eliminating the causes of their occurrence;
• Analyze the causes of defects occurring in manufactured products;
• Prepare and submit complaints to suppliers;
• Prepare, coordinate, and maintain the necessary documentation related to the position and conducted internal audits;
• Monitor compliance with established quality procedures and requirements.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a manufacturing environment;
• Previous experience in quality control, manufacturing, or a similar position;
• University degree in Engineering or another relevant technical field;
• Knowledge and practical experience with ISO standards and quality management systems;
• Knowledge of basic quality control principles and requirements;
• Ability to analyze production-related issues and identify the root causes of defects;
• Ability to work with technical and production documentation;
• Working proficiency in English;
• Strong analytical and organizational skills;
• Precision, responsibility, and attention to detail;
• Good communication and teamwork skills;
• Good computer literacy.
