Back Office Specialist with German
Main responsibilities:
• Process customer orders and maintain accurate information in the company's systems;
• Prepare quotations and support customers with product-related information;
• Communicate with internal teams to ensure smooth order handling and timely issue resolution;
• Assist with administrative tasks and documentation related to customer accounts;
• Provide professional support and contribute to delivering a high level of customer satisfaction.

Job requirements:
• C1 level of German (written and spoken);
• B1 level of English;
• University degree or current student (3rd or 4th year);
• Good command of MS Office, especially Excel;
• Previous experience with SAP, Salesforce, or ERP systems will be considered an advantage;
• Strong communication and organizational skills;
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks;
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
