About the Role
As part of our ongoing expansion, we are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Specialist to join our team at our office in Lozenets, Sofia. This is a full-time, office-based position.
This role combines sales, relationship management, and talent acquisition. You will be responsible for identifying potential participants, presenting participation opportunities, building trust, and guiding candidates throughout the decision-making and enrollment process.
Success in this role depends on strong communication skills, persistence, relationship-building abilities, and a natural sales mindset.

Key Responsibilities
• Identify and engage potential participants through social media platforms, primarily Instagram
• Present participation opportunities and effectively communicate the value of joining Miss Europe Continental events and productions
• Build trust and maintain relationships with prospective participants throughout the selection and enrollment process
• Follow up with leads and manage ongoing communication to maximize conversions
• Guide interested candidates through the participation process and answer questions regarding available opportunities
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure efficient management of participant onboarding and event preparation
Requirements
• Previous experience in sales, marketing, customer service, recruitment, talent scouting, or a related field
• Experience in call centers, telemarketing, or performance-driven sales environments is highly valued
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
• Strong confidence in using Instagram and social media platforms for outreach and lead generation
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Proactive attitude, positive energy, and a results-oriented mindset
• Ability to work independently and achieve performance targets
• Interest in the fashion, beauty, and entertainment industries is a plus

The ideal candidate has experience in Sales, Lead Generation, Customer Acquisition, Business Development, Telemarketing, CRM management and Social Media Outreach.
