Based in Sofia but operating globally, we are looking for two Business Development Executives to join our international sales-enablement team.
About the Job
We are currently looking for two dynamic and motivated individuals to join our growing team in the position of Account & Opportunities Consultant. This is not a "call center" role—this is a consultative career path where you will engage with aviation companies and professionals worldwide.
We are hiring for a work schedule option: the position follows a shift-based schedule (06:30–14:30 / 12:30–20:30). The role involves direct client interaction, reaching out, upselling, and supporting revenue growth through tailored training solutions.
The Opportunity
As a Business Development Executive, you will be the face of Sofema to our international clients. You will:
· Consult & Partner: Engage with prospective and existing global clients to understand their complex training needs and provide high-value solutions.
· Drive Growth: Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within our extensive portfolio of aviation training products.
· Global Networking: Conduct high-level discussions via telephone and video (Zoom) with industry stakeholders.
· Strategic Support: Manage the full sales lifecycle—from lead follow-up and tailored proposals to post-sale engagement and CRM management.
· Follow up on leads and inquiries, supporting clients throughout the decision-making process to maximize conversion and customer satisfaction.
· Conduct client onboarding, clearly communicating the value and features of our platforms and services.
· Collaborate with internal teams on sales strategies, campaigns, and continuous improvement of client-facing materials.
Requirements:
Hold a Bachelor’s degree.
Demonstrate fluency in English – both written and verbal.
Have a minimum 1 year of full-time post-graduation experience in an outbound sales environment
Communicate effectively with a client-focused and persuasive tone.
Utilize CRM systems confidently.
Identify and act on upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Solve problems proactively and manage tasks with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
No fear of engaging in telephone discussions, or face to face discussion by Zoom or similar, and understand the mutual benefit to you and the client of doing so.

We offer a transparent and highly competitive compensation structure:
Starting Salary: €1,708 Gross + €100 Monthly Vouchers (~3,500+ BGN Gross base).
The Shift Premium: After your 2-month training, your base salary increases with a 20% Shift Allowance.
Performance Bonus: Earn between 12.5% and 20% of your monthly salary based on target achievement.
Total Earning Potential (OTE): Over €37,000 Gross Per Annum for high achievers.

· Late Shift (12:30 – 20:30): Perfect for those who prefer to skip the morning rush and enjoy a slower start to the day.
