Main Responsibilities:

• Promote the platform, its products, and services;

• Actively contact existing and former clients via outbound calls and emails;

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to ensure their loyalty;

• Provide up-to-date information about products to ensure a high-quality customer experience.

• Excellent level of German (C2 level);
