With operations in 150+ countries and NOCs across 4 regions, we deliver 24/7 support for mission-critical IT infrastructure.
We have recently expanded our operations in Bulgaria, and we are now looking for an Account Manager who will help us grow our presence on the ground and be part of the international success story of BETA6.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain long-term client partnerships.
- Translate client needs into recruitment actions.
- Coordinate the full recruitment cycle: interviews, feedback, and candidate experience.
- Prepare and present regular reports to clients.
- Play an active role in expanding BETA6's operations in Bulgaria.
- Requirements
- Proven experience in recruitment, account management, or HR services.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Fluency in Bulgarian and English (written and spoken).
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and client-focused mindset.
