Outbound Sales Consultant with French and English
Main Responsibilities:

Manage high-volume inbound and outbound sales operations with customer contacts across all stages of the sales funnel

Identify alternative points of contact as appropriate to outreach strategy

Adherence to all response-time SLA’s as well as use of mandatory sales cadences

Actively manage sales pipeline with a focus on moving all prospects through the sales funnel

Maintain all relevant prospect and customer interactions on Salesforce
-
Transition qualified leads from pipeline to onboarding team to further the customer journey and buying process
-
Review and report daily, monthly and quarterly metrics to help achieve sales goals

Provide accurate customer success data to interested parties
