Sales Representative
For one of our clients, among the global leaders in plastics, for various industries, present on several continents, there is a current opening for their Bulgarian office, for a young and driven sales professional with initial working experience and knowledge in similar field, to join them as:
SALES REPRESENTATIVE
You target, develop and oversee commercial relationships with potential and existing customers and partners around Bulgaria to support the business development process of the company.
THE ROLE:
• Approach through cold or warm contact potential clients and arrange meeting with them, along with maintaining relations and working closely with the existing ones
• Identify and analyse customer’s needs and suggest exact quantities and products for their specific needs; provide technical based advice (upon passing initial training)
• Take active part in the offering phase and see the projects through to completion
• Provide ideas, based on the acquired market knowledge and insights, regarding possible process improvement, new sales leads’ channels etc.
• Maintain good working relationship with the international operational team to ensure smooth and successful completion of trade
• Report to the Commercial Director in Bulgaria and support him in the process of planning, budgeting and forecasting
QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE:
• Strong academic background
• Initial sales experience along with business acumen and pro-active approach in the commercial process.
• Ability to approach and attract new clients, as well as to lead efficient business communications and to build trust
• Excellent communication skills, interpersonal influence, networking, presentation, learning agility and workflow management
• In addition to a strong operational capability, you are self-motivated, adaptive and autonomous
• Excellent knowledge of English languages is required.
• Availability to travel around Bulgaria
