For a company providing Quality Management Certification (ISO 9001), we are looking for a Back Office Specialist to join their team. The position is a Maternity Cover but the company can provide permanent placement after the main person for the position returns.
• Registration of customers in all necessary internal and external CRMs;
• Filing of paper contracts;
• Updating of customer and company details in all necessary internal and external CRMs;
• Provision of customer support for Member Area;
• Provision of CAI-C numbers to Sales Executives;
• Completing IQ forms when necessary;
• Credit control for certificates delivery;
• Certificates package preparation and checking;
• Paper certificates and paper contracts sending;
• Dealing with couriers;
• Provision of support to the management staff.
• At least 2 years of data processing experience and administration experience;
• Excellent IT skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
• Very good level of English;
• Good databases understanding;
• Analytical and organized person;
• Certification business knowledge will be considered an advantage.
