We are currently searching for a new colleague to our Back Office Sales team for the position of Customer Service Representative in Usti nad Labem, Czech Republic office.
We search for a charismatic person with orientation to success & results, who has:
- fluent Bulgarian language,
- communicative English language,
- who is open to move to the Czech Republic, Usti nad Labem,
- sales experience,
- representative manners and very good communication skills,
- good time management,
- reliable and responsible work approach,
- desire for constant learning and development,
- user PC skills (internet, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint),
What would be your daily duties?
· Supporting business activities and sales agents on the market.
· Communication with an assigned portfolio of customers, analysis of needs and feedbacks to our products, building of business relationships.
· Co-responsibility for a realization of custom-made production from the beginning up to the end.
· Co-achievement of the sales plan, including acquisition phone calls.
· Preparing and negotiating of business conditions, price calculation of embroidery and printing.
· Updating business information in the company CRM system.
· Reporting and regular monthly assessment.
Start date: according to an agreement.

Какви биха били ежедневните ви задължения?
• Подпомагане на бизнес дейностите и на търговските представители.
• Комуникация с клиенти, анализ на нуждите им, предаване на обратна връзка, изграждане на бизнес отношения.
• Съвместна отноворност по изпълнение на поръчки от началото до завършването им
•Съвместно постигане на плана за продажби, включително телефонни обаждания
• Изготвяне и договаряне на бизнес условия, договаряне на ценови оферти, подготвяне на оферти за бродерия и печат.
• Актуализиране на бизнес информация във фирмената CRM система.
• Ежемесечни доклади.
