HEAD OF IT SECURITY OPERATIONS
We are looking for an experienced cybersecurity leader to drive security operations, strengthen detection and response capabilities, and guide cross-functional teams in building a resilient security posture. This role is ideal for someone who combines deep technical expertise with strategic thinking and proven leadership.
Your responsibilities will be related to:
- Managing IT service and security operations;
- Enhancing cybersecurity measures, monitoring threats, incidents, and vulnerabilities;
- Overseeing security tools and infrastructure;
- Coordinating incident response and risk mitigation strategies;
- Supporting governance, regulatory alignment, and process improvements;
Essential requirements for the role:
- Bachelor’s or higher University degree in Computer Science, Information Security /Cybersecurity, or a related field;
- 5+ years of leadership and management experience in cybersecurity or security operations is a MUST!
- Proven success in leading incident response activities and threat analysis efforts;
- Strong understanding of core networking concepts (TCP/IP) and enterprise security technologies such as firewalls, IDS/IPS, and VPN solutions; - Hands-on experience with SIEM platforms, including building correlation rules, dashboards, and alert workflows; - Solid knowledge of incident identification, containment, and mitigation techniques; - Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH are highly desirable;
- Familiarity with enterprise frameworks (ITIL, NIST, MITRE ATT&CK);
- Excellent command of English (both written and verbal);
