Due to the company’s expansion, we are supporting them in recruiting an experienced IT Professional to hold the position of:


PCB DESIGN & HARDWARE ENGINEER     Your duties will include:

• Lead end-to-end PCB design and lifecycle management in Altium Designer, including schematic capture, layout, manufacturing release, and ongoing optimisation; 
• Design and industrialise high-power electronics for motor control systems, including boost PFC stages and 3-phase BLDC inverter architectures with a strong focus on reliability and manufacturability;
• Ensure system-level compliance and successful product launch, driving EMC performance (IEC/EN standards), owning CE technical documentation with notified bodies, and coordinating cross-functional partners (PCB assembly, motor suppliers, and mechanical engineering), while contributing to company IP and patent development;

Essential requirements for the role:

• University Degree in (Electrical) Engineering, Electronics, Power Electronics, or a related tech field;
• 6+ years of professional experience in hardware design, including production-ready electronic products;
• Experience with Altium Designer, covering both schematic capture and PCB layout;
• Expertise in power electronics design, including boost-PFC and/or 3-phase inverter architectures;
• Hands-on experience with EMC testing, compliance activities, and hardware debugging using laboratory equipment;
• Basic embedded software understanding (STM32/C);

Nice to have but not mandatory:

• Experience with CE certification and technical documentation;
• Knowledge of IGBT-based motor drives, isolated gate drivers, and protection circuits;
• Experience working with external manufacturing and assembly partners;
• Experience in taking over and stabilizing existing hardware platforms;
