Financial Controller

We are currently seeking a Financial Controller on behalf of our client, a well-established and growing company operating in the real estate investment and development sector.

This is a key role within the organization, responsible for financial oversight, reporting, and supporting strategic decision-making across multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and control the company’s financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting;
• Prepare and analyze financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow);
• Monitor project budgets and ensure cost control across real estate developments;
• Perform variance analysis and provide insights to senior management;
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and internal financial policies;
• Coordinate with external accountants, auditors, and financial institutions;
• Support investment analysis and evaluation of new projects;

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field;
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar role;
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
• Experience in real estate, construction, or investment projects is strongly preferred;
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting and analysis;
• Excellent Excel skills (experience with ERP systems is an advantage);
• Strong proficiency in modern digital tools, with the ability and willingness to leverage AI-based solutions to support financial analysis, reporting, and process optimization;
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of processes;
