POSITION OVERVIEW
The Data Integrity Executive reports to the Data Integrity Lead and supports the team in delivering a high‑quality service to both existing and future clients, ensuring that reliable and robust survey data is delivered consistently. Within this role, responsibility includes ensuring that all survey data delivered has undergone conscientious and comprehensive checks using the most advanced techniques currently available in the Market Research industry.
The Data Integrity Executive is accountable for personally checking all participant data shared with clients through a combination of automation and human verification. This involves working across multiple systems, both proprietary and external, and supporting multi‑language datasets in collaboration with the established Data Integrity team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the delivery of integrity checks across all quantitative survey data processed by STRAT7, ensuring consistent quality and reliability
- Apply the STRAT7 Data Standards Charter throughout all integrity checks, leveraging both internal and external tools and resources
- Liaise with Data Integrity Managers, Project Managers, and Account Managers to ensure the IC proforma is maintained, up to date, and applied at all stages of the project lifecycle
- Work closely and proactively with internal Project Management and Account Management teams to meet project‑ and client‑specific data integrity requirements
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of custom syntax to support integrity check processes
- Build and maintain proficiency in relevant tools and platforms, including Excel, SPSS, Q, and Decipher
- Support the completion and delivery of Data Integrity reports in line with internal deadlines and Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

Essential
- Demonstrate a strong eye for detail, with the ability to process, interrogate, and cross‑reference large volumes of survey response data
- Enjoys identifying patterns in data and applies a pragmatic, thorough, and methodical approach to data checking
- Focus on achieving results while remaining calm under pressure
- An organised approach to work, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- A problem‑solving mindset, with the confidence to independently resolve day‑to‑day issues while recognising when to seek support
- Clear and effective communication skills, with a collaborative approach that supports teamwork and best practice
- A positive attitude and a strong willingness to learn and develop new skills relevant to the role
Desirable
- Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
