You won't be sitting on the phone all day. You will:
- Assist users via chat and email
- Answer questions about the digital platform
- Help users understand and navigate the service
- Resolve everyday platform-related issues
- Make sure every interaction is clear, accurate, and helpful
- German, Danish, Norwegian or Icelandic at a fluent level
- English - B2 or above
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Comfortable working with digital tools and platforms
- Previous experience is welcome, but not mandatory
