App Support Specialist with German, Danish, Norwegian or Icelandic | Relocation to Sofia | Mon-Fri
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist users via chat and email;
- Answer questions about the digital platform;
- Help users understand and navigate the service;
- Resolve everyday platform-related issues;
- Make sure every interaction is clear, accurate, and helpful.

Requirements:- German, Danish, Norwegian or Icelandic at a fluent level;
- English - B2 or above;
