Digital Experience Specialist with German / Danish/ Dutch/ Slovak and English  

Key Responsibilities:

• ·  Provide high-quality customer support via phone, email, and chat;
• ·  Understand customer needs and identify the most appropriate solutions;
• ·  Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently;
• ·  Follow established processes, guidelines, and service-level agreements (SLAs);
• ·  Keep up to date with product changes, new features, and procedures;
• ·  Collaborate with colleagues and share knowledge and best practices.

Requirements:
• Excellent command of one of the following languages (B2–C1 level): German/ French / Danish / Dutch / and Slovak;
• Good level of English (B2 or higher);
• Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills;
• Good communication skills and ability to follow established procedures;
• Availability to work from our office in Sofia on a flexible schedule.
