YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
As a Medical Support Specialist, you will act as a vital bridge between medical data and customer needs.
• Assist clients and partners with healthcare-related inquiries using your medical expertise.
• Document case information accurately in English and German.
• Maintain high quality of support, ensuring compliance with healthcare standards.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
• Languages: Fluency in German (B2/C1) and a strong working level of English (B2).
• Background: A local Nursing Certification is highly preferred.
• Alternative backgrounds: We will gladly welcome profiles with practical experience in healthcare, medical support, or final-year medical/nursing students who have relevant field experience.
• Skills: Excellent communication skills, empathy, and a problem-solving mindset.
