Your Responsibilities:
• Work with data to support daily business decisions;
• Analyze workload, volumes, and trends in Excel;
• Help plan how many people are needed based on forecasts;
• Track performance and identify gaps or inefficiencies;
• Prepare simple reports and summaries for internal teams;
• Support scheduling and capacity planning activities;
• Update and maintain data related to employees, skills, and availability;
• Communicate with different teams to ensure smooth operations.
