For their Commercial Department, together with them, we are looking to recruit motivated and loyal professionals who will join the team in the position of:


Dutch-speaking Sales Support Specialist


Main responsibilities:

In this role, you will support sales and finance departments, ensure smooth back-office operations, and provide excellent service to internal and external stakeholders. 

Your daily tasks will include:

-Processing and tracking customer orders;

-Supporting the sales team and coordinating ongoing activities;

-Communicating with clients and partners (via email/phone);

-Preparing reports and documentation;

-Collaborating with internal teams - finance, logistics, production.

Essential requirements for the role:

-Professional experience in Back Office Operations, Sales Support, and/or Customer Support;

-Fluent in Dutch (B2-C1 level) and a solid working level of English (B2 or higher);

-Good computer skills - MS Office;

-Excellent communication skills and strong team-oriented attitude;

-Good organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

The company will consider an advantage if you have:

-Experience with ERP (SAP, Odoo, other) and CRM platforms;

-Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline;

-Previous experience in the automotive or logistics sector.
