Digital Product support with with Japanese and English

Location: On-site at Sofia office

Role Overview:

• First point of contact for customer inquiries via tickets
• Provide accurate responses and troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Document and track cases and customer information.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer product and service questions and handle ticket responses.
• Validate ticket priorities and manage access/security requests.
• Provide product training and assist in ticket handoff to Product Support.

Requirements:

• B2 Level in Mandarin and English language (written and verbal).
• 1+ year experience in e-commerce/customer support.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of heavy machinery and construction equipment.
