Digital Product support with Mandarin / Chinese and English
Location: On-site at Sofia office
Role Overview:
- First point of contact for customer inquiries via tickets
- Provide accurate responses and troubleshoot equipment issues.
- Document and track cases and customer information.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer product and service questions and handle ticket responses.
- Validate ticket priorities and manage access/security requests.
- Provide product training and assist in ticket handoff to Product Support.
Requirements:
- B2 Level in Mandarin and English language (written and verbal).
- 1+ year experience in e-commerce/customer support.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of heavy machinery and construction equipment.
