Customer Service Advisor with English
We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Customer Support Specialist to join our client's team on a temporary contract (minimum 3 months).
What You'll Do:
- Conduct outbound calls in Bulgarian to lead customer satisfaction surveys
- Provide customers with clear and accurate information about products and where to find useful resources
- Deliver consistently high service standards in every customer interaction
- Provide constructive feedback regarding customer concerns and technical issues
- Handle customer complaints professionally
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
- Support additional business needs when required
What We're Looking For:
- Native-level Bulgarian (spoken and written)
- English level B1–B2 (spoken and written)
- Previous sales experience is considered an advantage
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
- Ability to work both independently and within a team
- Patience and professionalism when handling challenging situations
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment
What You'll Be Offered:
