For our global partner – a leading company in the outsourcing industry, we are looking for motivated candidates to join their growing team as a Customer Service Specialist with Croatian.
Your Responsibilities:
• Provide customer support in Croatian via various communication channels;
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company’s product portfolio;
• Assist customers with order tracking, deliveries, and complaint resolution;
• Accurately update and manage customer data in internal systems;
• Ensure high service quality standards and achieve customer satisfaction.

What We Expect from You:

• Good command of English (B2 level);
• Excellent communication skills, patience, and customer-oriented mindset;
• Ability to work flexible shifts on-site;
• Previous customer service experience is an advantage, but not required.
