Customer support specialist with Croatian and English (No night shifts)
On behalf of our trusted client, we are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Customer Support Specialist to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who are fluent in Croatian and have a good command of English.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality customer support via phone, email, or chat
- Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional manner
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering accurate and timely information
- Follow internal procedures and quality standards
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday: 9:00 a.m. – 11:00 p.m.
Saturday & Sunday: 10:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
Requirements:
- Croatian – Native level (mandatory)
- English – B2 level
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Customer-oriented mindset
- Basic computer skills
- Previous experience in customer service will be an advantage
