Brand Representative with Romanian (Temporary Project)

Main Responsibilities:

• Conducting outbound calls as part of company’s client engagement campaigns;

• Providing clear and accurate information to customers in a professional manner;

• Maintaining a strong product and brand knowledge to address customer needs effectively;

• Delivering a positive customer experience throughout each interaction.

Requirements:

• Native level of Romanian;

• Good command of English (B2);

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;

• Previous experience in customer service or a similar role will be considered an advantage.
