They are looking for a User Support Agent with Italian as their team is expanding. The person will have the opportunity to build a good professional relationship with the clients and improve their experience as users.
Main responsibilities:
- Provide prompt and professional support to end-users via e-mail;
- Ensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction;
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by delivering empathetic and effective support;
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company’s offerings, policies, and procedures to provide informed assistance.

Job requirements:
- Fluency in Italian (C1)
- Very good level of English (B2);
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt to different situations;
- Good Computer skills;
- Ability to stay focus and organized.
