Main responsibilities:

• Provide prompt and professional support to end-users via e-mail;
• Ensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction;
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships by delivering empathetic and effective support;
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company’s offerings, policies, and procedures to provide informed assistance.

Job requirements:

• Fluency in Italian (C1)
• Very good level of English (B2);
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt to different situations;
• Good Computer skills;
• Ability to stay focus and organized.
