Our client, a new international company in the banking sector, is starting its operations in Bulgaria, and is establishing its team in Varna. To help them with that, we are looking for:
Trainer with German
Main Responsibilities:
· Train new customer service employees and ensure a smooth onboarding process;
· Support and coach experienced employees to continuously improve their performance;
· Create training and educational materials and deliver engaging training sessions;
· Assess the effectiveness of training programs by analyzing employee performance and client satisfaction;
· Collaborate with team leaders and management to identify training needs and support continuous process improvement.

Job requirements:
· Previous work experience as a Trainer or similar role in the customer service industry;
· Fluencyin German – C1;
· Excellent communication and presentation skills;
· Familiarity with interactive learning activities;
· Time management skills and a critical thinking.
