Junior Production Technician
We are looking for a motivated, hands-on individual to join our production team. You do not need to be a qualified engineer for this role! We are looking for a young person (or young at heart) who has good practical skills, is eager to learn, and wants to build a career in manufacturing.
Key ResponsibilitiesYou will receive on-the-job training to perform the following tasks:

Machine Operation: Learning to operate the End-Roll and Ring-Roll machines.

Assembly: Assisting with Gas Spring assembly and Riveting.

Finishing: Polishing parts and operating the Rumbler machine.

Future Development: Over time, you will also learn to operate the CNC process/machinery.

Teamwork: Working alongside the production team (supporting Team Leaders and coordinating with others in dispatch/sub-assembly) to ensure orders for high end clients and our UK partners are met on time.
We are hiring for attitude first, skills second.

Practical Skills: You should be "handy" or good with tools. Perhaps you have a background in vocational school, car repair, or just enjoy fixing things.

English Language: Good conversational English is required. It does not need to be perfect, but you must be able to communicate effectively with our international team.

Willingness to Learn: You must be patient and ready to follow instructions to learn our specific processes from scratch.

Reliability: We need someone punctual and dedicated.
Special Requirement: Training Abroad

UK Travel: You must be willing to travel to the United Kingdom for a training period (approximately 3 to 6 months).

During this trip, you will receive specialized training specifically, Specialist products, Lathe work and other machining.
