SAP Consultant / Coordinator
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Consultant and Coordinator to take ownership of the stability, integration, and continuous improvement of our SAP landscape across core business functions. In this role, you will not only provide deep functional expertise but also serve as a critical link between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that SAP enables rather than limits our manufacturing and supply chain operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Functional Support & Module Coordination
Deliver hands-on functional support and integration across:
MM (Materials Management)
PP (Production Planning)
SD (Sales and Distribution)
QM (Quality Management)
Business & IT Bridging:
Act as the primary liaison between business users and the IT team, translating operational needs into scalable SAP solutions.
Project & Change Coordination:
Lead or coordinate SAP implementations, system upgrades, and enhancements – ensuring minimal disruption to business continuity.
System Optimization & Troubleshooting:
Proactively monitor system performance, resolve incidents, and drive root-cause analysis to ensure high availability and data integrity.
User Enablement:
Empower end-users through structured training, clear documentation, and best-practice guidance.
Integration & Cross-functional Collaboration:
Safeguard seamless integration between SAP modules and work with logistics, production, sales, and quality teams to improve end-to-end processes.
Requirements – Must Have:
Proven experience with SAP (ECC or S/4HANA) in at least three of the four modules: MM, PP, SD, QM
Strong grasp of business processes in manufacturing and/or supply chain environments
Previous experience in SAP support, coordination, or consulting roles with exposure to cross-module integration
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, priorities, and deadlines in a dynamic environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
Professional working proficiency in English – both written and spoken
Nice to Have:
Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA (migration or greenfield)
Basic ABAP debugging skills (to read dumps, analyze user exits, etc.)
Background in project management or coordination (e.g., Agile, PMP, or similar)
SAP certification in one or more modules (MM, PP, SD, or QM)
