HR Specialist
Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled HR Specialist to join our team The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in HR and payroll, along with strong capabilities in budgeting, forecasting, and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and process payroll preparation and calculations accurately and timely.
• Develop and maintain budgeting and forecasting models for HR operations.
• Conduct recruitment processes, including drafting job descriptions, advertising vacancies, screening applications, and conducting interviews.
• Coordinate onboarding processes for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition and integration into the company.
• Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, including policies, procedures, and employee benefits.
• Conduct performance management processes, including evaluations and feedback sessions.
• Ensure compliance with corporate governance standards and HR policies.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
• Support the implementation and administration of HR programs and initiatives.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in HR and payroll, particularly in outsourcing and consulting environments.
• Strong expertise in payroll preparation, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Excellent negotiation and analytical skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage HR operations efficiently.
• Outstanding skills in HR management, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
Skills and Competencies:
• In-depth knowledge of HR and payroll systems.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
