Wir suchen engagierte und motivierte Mitarbeiter zur Verstärkung unseres neuen und aufregenden Projekts als Kundenberater mit Deutschkenntnissen. Als Kundenbetreuer mit deutscher Sprache spielen Sie eine entscheidende Rolle bei der Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen, -Anliegen und -Angelegenheiten. Es besteht die Möglichkeit, in einem hybriden Modell zu arbeiten – sowohl im Homeoffice (nach der Einarbeitungsphase) als auch im Büro. Wir bieten ebenfalls flexible Arbeitszeiten mit 4-, 6- und 8-Stunden-Schichten an. 

Job Description

Ihre Verantwortlichkeiten:

• Kundenlegitimation durchführen

• Leitungsmessung durchführen

• Technischer Support für den Kunden in seinem Heimnetzwerk

• Hardware-Austausch arrangieren

• Außendiensttermin buchen

• Bei anderen Abteilungen den Status der Störung erfragen (telefonisch und schriftlich)

• Ersatzdienste anbieten (Nottelefon, Schnellstart-Router, Datenvolumen)

• Verkaufsgespräche führen

• Gute schriftliche und mündliche Deutschkenntnisse ( C1 )

• Erfahrung im Umgang mit dem PC (PC-Kenntnisse)
